Bud Graziano – called the bomber – is an old sea bear with fists such as compressed air hammers. When he is thrown off his ship and he does not find a new Heuer, he lands as a boxing coach with a troupe of hopeless beating amateurs. But Bud does not give up: In order to get rid of the debts of his protégés, he messes with the Mafia. When his biggest boxing talent suddenly runs over to the gangsters, the bomber's collar bursts. He gets back in the ring himself.
Bud Spencer already shot with director Michele Lupo THEY CALLED HIM MÜCKE, which they created a genre mix of comedy, sports drama and beating orgay. With DER BOMBER, they once again delivered a classic that celebrates the popular Spencer Hill formula.
