What type of player do I need for your discs?

~4K Discs are region Free and require a 4K player.

~Region Coded DVD’’s and Region Coded Blu Rays require a player specific to that region.

DVD Region 1: USA and Canada (NTSC)

DVD Region 2: Europe (PAL); Japan (NTSC); South Africa, Middle East

DVD Region 3: Southeast Asia (primarily NTSC)

DVD Region 4: Central and South America (NTSC); Australia and New Zealand (primarily NTSC)

DVD Region 5: Former Soviet Union; India; Pakistan; Africa ( primarily NTSC)

DVD REgion 6: China (primarily NTSC)

What Payments do you accept?

~Our platform takes all major credit cards and debit cards. Cash purchases are available at the physical storefront.

~All tariffs, taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

~By purchasing you agree you are liable for all purchases and are accepting responsibility for abiding by all laws and age requirements to purchase items in your current geographical location.

What if I make a mistake on my order?

~Please contact us immediately prior to shipping via email, DM or phone at 1-844-937-7331. Once an order has shipped it is out of our hands.

Where is my shipment?

~We are a small company and may take up to 3 days to package and ship. Please be aware postal holidays can affect the shipment times. Once we have created a label and shipped, if you provided an email, you should receive updates for a tracking number. We mainly utilize USPS and UPS. Pre-Orders are available and shipped once we have the items in our facility.

Do you offer refunds?

~Defective discs may be returned to us and we will replace it once we have verified it is defective. The defective discs will be preplaced with the same title only.

~Yippee Ki-Yay Mother Video is not responsible for lost or stolen goods and will not refund these items.

~Discs seized by customs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not eligible for a refund.

~There are no refunds on pre-orders.

~Shipping costs are non-refundable,

~If you do not have an appropriate player for a disc you ordered you will need a player for that disc; a refund is not eligible for this reason.

~Damaged Slipcovers are non-refundable or replaceable. They are a limited run and once they leave the facility we cannot guarantee the condition of the item due to the delivery providers. With that being said we do wrap each package with the utmost love, care and passion to provide you the best service possible.

Can I use a coupon if I have one?

~Coupons may be used on all regular prices items.

~Coupons are not valid on pre-orders unless specifically stated otherwise.

~Coupons used for non valid items may result in a cancellation of your entire order.

How do I obtain screening permissions?

~All screenings of releases from Yippee Ki-Yay Mother Video must be approved in writing. Screening permissions can be submitted to Kenn at yipppeekiyaymotherviedo@gmail.com. Once received, we will review your submission and discuss details and pricing structures. If you have emailed Kenn please be patient as we review details that include expected audience size, location of screenings etc. as to not interfere with other approved screenings.

~Please note we have an incredible and overwhelming response for Albert Pyun's Captain America. We are evaluating each screening and ask for your patience.
